Initial Request:

Our customer works in the hotel and restaurant management business. The client contacted us with the request of developing the website and application for booking accommodation. After carefully listening to the client’s vision, we made thorough research regarding the project, required features, UX, and the best technology for implementing the client's idea. First, we studied the market conditions, which helped us understand how we could strengthen the product’s core functionality and make the app more viable. We also studied the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors’ apps and brainstormed scaling ideas, as well as the usability aspects.

The next step was to select the most needed and valuable features for the website as well as the application so that the website would stand out from the crowd. The challenge was to create such a website that would be extremely easy-to-use even for the people who aren’t experienced in surfing the Internet. And the most important option to be implemented was the possibility of effortlessly finding appropriate types of accommodation within the established budget. After the end of the research period, we presented all our findings to the client. And our collaborative journey officially started.

Project Development

For the project we set up a team of 2 senior full stack developers, 1 frontend developer, 1 back-end developer, 2 Quality Assurance specialists, 1 UX/UI designer, and a Project Manager (PM).
